Jamie C. Wohlhagen, O.D.

Jamie C. Wohlhagen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.  From there, she earned a Bachelor of Science in the Visual Sciences and a Doctor of Optometry degree at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia.  Dr. Wohlhagen achieved Clinical Honors throughout her optometric externship rotations including primary eye care, pediatrics, ocular disease, and contact lenses.  Throughout her time at PCO, she served as Class President, Administrative Assistant to the Contact Lens Department, member of the Dean’s Student Advisory Committee, and the NBEO Student Liaison for the Class of 2012.  Dr. Wohlhagen was awarded membership to the Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society.  Dr. Wohlhagen also serves as a board member on the Delaware Chapter for Vision to Learn.  Additionally, she had an article published in “Review of Cornea and Contact Lenses”.  Dr. Wohlhagen specializes in prescriptions for pediatric and adult patients with strabismus and diplopia.

As an Archmere Academy alumna, Dr. Wohlhagen has served as Alumni Council President and is an active member of the church choir at St. Joseph’s on the Brandywine.  Dr. Wohlhagen has been a member of the DOC family since 2005 and is dedicated to providing quality family eye care.
